Registration for the S.W.A.M. 2024 fall swim session is NOW CLOSED!

If you filled out the registration from, you will be contacted the week of September 9th for more information on the Fall 2024 session!

Please note this registration form does not guarantee your child's enrollment in the program. Due to high interest and limited volunteers, swimmers will be selected at random. 

We accept swimmers ages 3-17 years old with a range of disabilities (no official diagnosis is required). Please follow our social media for more information leading up to the session!

Session Information: 

• Our tentative start date is September 29th, 2024.
• Each one-on-one lesson is 30 minutes in length and located at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario.
• The lessons will be held on Sunday mornings (9-10am).
• The registration fee is $25 for the entire session and is due by your child’s first day of lessons each session, payable by e-transfer to sudbury@swamcanada.ca. Detailed instructions are sent to those registered for a session before the first lesson.
• Due to limited spots, please ensure you are able to commit to the session prior to registering.
